Golden chicken in a marinade of vodka and honey is a vivid example of the rich palette of Russian cuisine. Vodka, a traditional ingredient in Russian feasts, acts as a softening and flavoring component here, while honey adds a pleasant caramel note. The marinade penetrates deeply into the meat, making it juicy and tender, and baking at low temperature promotes an even caramelized color. The dish has a light sweet-spicy taste, rich aroma of spices, and an appetizing crispy crust. It can be served as a main hot dish with a side of potatoes or vegetables. Perfect for festive tables, surprising guests with its unusual yet harmonious combination of flavors.
