Square chicken breast cutlets baked in the oven are an elegant blend of simplicity and sophistication. Inspired by Italian traditions, this recipe combines the tenderness of chicken meat with rich flavors of vegetables, oats, and parmesan. Light yet nutritious, it is perfect for a cozy family dinner or a festive table. The spiciness of black pepper and the freshness of celery add special depth to the flavor, while the golden cheese crust makes the dish visually appealing. Cut into squares, the cutlets are convenient for serving and can be paired with a light sauce or fresh vegetables. This baked variation of classic cutlets allows you to enjoy the taste without excess fat, making them an ideal choice for balanced nutrition.
