Chicken in bacon

20 minutes
Bacon-wrapped chicken is a dish born from a love for simplicity and rich flavor. Inspired by European cuisine, it combines the tenderness of chicken fillet with the crispy saltiness of bacon, creating a perfect balance of textures. The honey-mustard sauce adds a caramel note with a hint of spiciness, while lemon juice refreshes and enhances the meat's flavor. Baked to a golden crust, the chicken becomes juicy inside and aromatic outside. This versatile dish is suitable for both cozy family dinners and festive tables and easily pairs with vegetables, potatoes, or fresh salads. Simple to prepare yet elegant in taste, this recipe always delights guests and loved ones.
