Chop the onion finely in a blender. Mix with the pumpkin and thoroughly combine the filling.

Take the elastic dough that has rested in the fridge for a few hours. Roll it out thin.

Remove the skin from the bacon and slice it thinly. Place the bacon on the dough circles. Top with pumpkin filling. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
