This recipe is a harmony of simplicity and sophistication, where kefir gives tenderness to the chicken and aromatic herbs reveal the depth of flavor. Italian chefs have long used dairy products to tenderize meat, and this tradition comes alive here. Potatoes soaked in olive oil and spices become a golden, crispy base for juicy chicken thighs. Cherry tomatoes add a pleasant tang and freshness, while garlic enriches the dish with a savory aroma. Baked to perfect tenderness in the oven, this dish is suitable for both a cozy family dinner and a festive table. It's easy to prepare, and the taste remains unforgettable.
