This dish emerged from the desire to make cabbage rolls more convenient to serve and quicker to prepare. Tender cabbage leaves wrap around a juicy meat filling, complemented by the sweet flavor of carrots and the creamy tenderness of cheese sauce. During cooking, the cabbage retains a slight firmness while the filling remains juicy and aromatic. Mini cabbage rolls are easy to serve in portions, making them perfect for festive gatherings or family dinners.     Separate the cabbage into leaves, cut the top part of the leaf into small strips. Place in hot water for 1 minute, then in cold water, and dry on paper towels.

    For the filling, mix the minced meat with partially cooked rice. Chop the onion and carrot, add to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything.

    Place the minced meat at the edge of the leaf, roll it into a tube. Arrange it in a small salad bowl.

    Grate 1-2 tablespoons of any cheese on a fine grater. Add 2-3 tablespoons of cream. Pour the cheese and cream over the cabbage rolls (to hold the shape). Cover with plastic wrap, place in the microwave for 15 minutes at 700 watts. Flip onto a plate and drizzle with sauce.
