Chicken wings in crispy breading

30 minutes
Crispy chicken wings are a true masterpiece of American cuisine, inspired by the fried food traditions of the southern states. The secret of this dish lies in its rich texture and flavor: tender, juicy meat encased in a fragrant crispy crust. Thanks to cornflakes and a spicy blend of seasonings, the wings acquire an appetizing golden crust with subtle hints of garlic and ginger. They are usually served with sauces—barbecue, ranch, or spicy honey-mustard—that enhance the rich flavor of the coating. Wings are perfect for friendly gatherings, parties, or family dinners when you want to indulge in something crispy, hearty, and unforgettable.

1
Wash the wings and cut each into three parts. Do not use the third part — the thin tip. To make the meat tender, soak the wings in salted water for an hour.
