Squid in garlic-tomato sauce is a refined dish of European cuisine that combines the sea freshness of squid with the rich flavors of tomatoes, garlic, and aromatic herbs. This recipe is perfect for seafood lovers who appreciate the harmony of aromas and textures. The light sweet-sour note of crushed tomatoes combined with white wine adds sophistication to the sauce, while garlic and French herbs enhance its richness. The squid becomes tender by soaking in the aromatic marinade before frying, making them surprisingly soft and juicy. This dish pairs wonderfully with white wine and fresh baguette, and its preparation requires no complicated maneuvers, allowing you to enjoy restaurant-quality taste at home. An ideal option for a romantic dinner or gastronomic delight among loved ones.
