Peel fresh potatoes and slice them thinly. Also slice the mushrooms and sauté them under a lid with a small amount of sunflower oil for 15 minutes.

Place the minced meat in a deep skillet, add vegetable oil and finely chopped onion, a little boiled water (to prevent sticking), and constantly stir until boiling. Add fresh potatoes, and after 10 minutes, add mushrooms, mix everything, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for another 15 minutes until cooked. Use spices to taste (salt, black pepper, Provencal herbs, dill).
