We cut the beef into thin strips.
- Beef: 300 g

Place in a frying pan with heated oil and sauté for a couple of minutes. Then add soy sauce and a little water, simmer covered until soft. Add water as it evaporates.
- Soy sauce: 5 tablespoon

When the beef becomes tender and the liquid is almost gone, add the onion and carrot (cut as you like) and garlic shoots.
- Onion: 1 head
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Garlic shoots: 1 bunch

After simmering for a few minutes, add black pepper, red pepper, sugar, sesame seeds, and a splash of sesame oil.
