Buy 2 large carp (1200 grams–1300 grams). Clean from scales, cut off heads and fins.
- Carp: 2 pieces

Peel and slice the carrot and potato.
- Potato: 0.5 kg
- Carrot: 4 pieces

Peel the white sweet onion.
- White onion: 6 heads

Wash and dry the mushrooms.
- Fresh champignons: 0.5 kg

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

Pour olive oil into the baking tray (if not, use regular vegetable oil).

Place the oiled, salted carps on a baking sheet, surround them with potatoes and carrots, and put in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring the vegetables occasionally with a wooden spatula.
