Slice the peeled potatoes into thin rounds and place them on a baking sheet (previously greased with vegetable oil), covering the bottom.
- Potato: 600 g
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon

Boil the chicken fillet, cool it down, chop it in a blender or finely dice it, mix with mayonnaise, and spread evenly over the potatoes.

Place the baking tray in the preheated oven (200 degrees), bake for about 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 150 degrees and leave until the potatoes are fully cooked.
