Colorful bean stew with pork is a dish filled with warmth and rich flavor. The beans absorb the aromas of vegetables and spices, gaining softness and depth. The combination with spicy pork mince, sweetness of tomatoes, and heat from chili peppers creates a harmony of tastes. White wine adds tenderness, while sour cream brings softness to the aftertaste.
