Cut the cod (or hake) fillet into finger-thick pieces and place them on a baking sheet with 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil at the bottom. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with vegetable oil, and sprinkle with melted butter. Top with minced garlic.

- Vegetable oil: 6 tablespoons
- Butter: 20 g
