Carefully remove the skin from the drumsticks. Chop the meat finely or pass it through a meat grinder, fry the onion. Grate the carrot on a fine grater, soak the bread in water and squeeze it out, then mix all the ingredients. Add salt, add spices, and mix again.

Lay the chicken skin on the table with the inner side up. Place the minced meat on it, and a piece of cheese on top of the minced meat.

Combine the edges of the minced meat and wrap the sausage nicely. Sprinkle the top of the sausage with red sweet ground pepper. Place the chicken sausages in a deep pan or a small baking dish, previously pouring in 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Slice the remaining peeled carrots into plates, lightly salt, sprinkle with spices, cut the onion into large wedges, and place next to the sausages. Cover the dish with baking foil on top, place it in the oven, and bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

After 20-25 minutes, take the chicken sausages out of the oven, remove the foil, and spread the top with 2 tablespoons of grated cheese mixed with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
