Salmon in Indian spices

Salmon in Indian spices is a harmony of flavors and aromas inspired by Indian traditions but embodied in European cuisine. The dish's history begins with chefs experimenting by combining Eastern spices with the delicate textures of Western ingredients. Here, juicy salmon fillet is enriched with sharp notes of ginger, turmeric, and coriander, enhancing its natural flavor. Yogurt adds creamy softness while a mix of black and cayenne pepper gives it spiciness. Grilled salmon acquires a light crust while remaining tender inside. Served hot, it pairs perfectly with rice or fresh vegetables. The dish not only surprises with its taste but also offers a nutritious and light option for gourmets who appreciate exotic accents in everyday cooking.
