Thai Marinated Pork Ribs
4 servings
30 minutes
Thai-style marinated pork ribs are a vibrant embodiment of rich and aromatic Thai cuisine. This recipe combines the harmony of spices and the tenderness of meat, giving the dish an unforgettable flavor. Thanks to the marinade made from sweet rice wine and Chinese spices, the meat acquires a rich aroma, while double frying makes the ribs wonderfully crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. A special spiciness is achieved by adding ground Sichuan pepper and 'Five Spices', creating depth of flavor. Thai cuisine is famous for its balance of sweet, salty, and spicy flavors, and this dish is a great example of that. It pairs perfectly with rice or fresh vegetables and is an excellent choice for lovers of rich and exotic tastes.
