Chicken tagine is a fragrant and tender dish that embodies the warmth of traditional European cuisine. Although tagine is associated with North African traditions, its variations are found in other gastronomic cultures as well. The rich flavor is provided by the spicy notes of cinnamon and cumin, while honey and sherry add a subtle sweetness. Chicken slow-cooked in a spiced broth becomes incredibly juicy, and fresh coriander adds brightness. Served with fluffy couscous, this dish is perfect for cozy home dinners or special occasions.
