Grilled pork

Grilled pork is a dish that embodies the passion of Italian cuisine for simple yet rich flavors. Inspired by the traditions of Tuscan masters, this recipe combines juicy meat with a fragrant marinade where soy sauce, honey, and spices create a rich and spicy bouquet. Ginger and garlic add a slight heat, while sweet chili sauce gives a delicate caramelized note. After marinating, the pork is grilled to form a golden crust while retaining its juiciness inside. Serving with arugula highlights the freshness of the dish, perfectly balancing its flavor. It's an ideal treat for warm evenings when you want to enjoy aromas born from fire and spices in the company of loved ones.
