Lamb skewers in yogurt marinade are a true gastronomic delight from Armenian cuisine. Tender lamb meat infused with the aromas of spices and the tangy freshness of yogurt gains extraordinary tenderness and rich flavor. This marinade not only makes the meat juicy but also adds a light spiciness thanks to the combination of ginger, curry, and cumin. Grilled over a hot barbecue, it develops a golden crust while remaining juicy and melting in the mouth inside. This dish is perfect for warm friendly gatherings outdoors, accompanied by a glass of wine and the aroma of smoldering coals. It pairs wonderfully with fresh vegetables, herbs, and traditional Armenian flatbreads, creating an unforgettable culinary experience.
