In a bag, mix 2 teaspoons of olive oil, chopped rosemary, and minced garlic. Add the meat cut into small pieces, mix well, seal tightly, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove the meat from the marinade, skewer it, and sprinkle with half the salt and pepper.
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Fresh rosemary: 1 teaspoon
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Beef tenderloin: 500 g
- Coarse salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Freshly ground black pepper: 0.5 teaspoon

In a large bowl, mix the remaining olive oil and lemon juice. Add cherry tomatoes, diced yellow pepper, chopped red onion, cucumbers, broccoli florets, and mushrooms. Toss to combine. Skewer the peppers, onion, tomatoes, and mushrooms separately so that you can remove the cooked vegetables in time while grilling. Sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper.

- Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons
- Cherry tomatoes: 400 g
- Red onion: 1 head
- Yellow bell pepper: 1 piece
- Fresh champignons: 230 g
- Broccoli cabbage: 300 g
- Cucumbers: 6 pieces
- Coarse salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Freshly ground black pepper: 0.5 teaspoon

Place all the skewers on the grill. Grill the peppers and onions for 10 minutes until cooked. Grill the meat for 9 minutes or until done. Tomatoes and mushrooms for about 7 minutes.
