Spicy Beer Grilled Pork Ribs

30 minutes
Spicy grilled pork ribs in beer are a gourmet dish of Mediterranean cuisine that combines depth of flavors and aromas. Harissa adds spiciness to the ribs, while lemon juice and garlic provide fresh, tangy notes. Long marination allows the meat to absorb all the spices, making it incredibly juicy. Grilling gives the ribs an appetizing crust, and basting with beer during cooking softens the texture and adds subtle malty tones. This dish is perfect for friendly evenings and family gatherings outdoors, filling the atmosphere with warm Mediterranean motifs. Serving with a green salad creates an ideal balance of freshness and richness, making these ribs not only delicious but also harmonious with other meal components.

In a small bowl, mix harissa, lemon juice, and garlic.
- Harissa: 0.8 glass

Rinse the ribs under cold water and dry them well. Rub salt and pepper on both sides, then generously rub with harissa mixture. Wrap in film and refrigerate for 8-24 hours.
