Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a food processor and chop. (Ingredients for the sauce: from garlic to parsley).
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Sweet paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin (zira): 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander: 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper: pinch
- Ginger: 0.5 teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 15 ml
- Lemon zest: 1 piece
- Fresh cilantro (coriander): 1 teaspoon
- Parsley: 5 g

Gut, rinse, and dry the fish. Season inside with sea salt and black ground pepper.
