Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Rub the mixture on the meat and place it on a baking tray. Do not cover the meat or add water. Roast for 18-22 minutes for every 450 grams for medium doneness.

Take the meat out of the oven when its internal temperature reaches 60 degrees. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small pan, mix the beef sauce, jelly, and mustard diluted in water. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
