Heat the wok over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until it smokes, then add vegetable oil. Add the sliced bacon and fry for 1 minute. Then add the chopped vegetables and mushrooms and fry for another minute. Pour in the dashi and sake, bring to a boil, and cook for 10 minutes.
