Grind the beef through a meat grinder, add one and a half teaspoons of salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly, and roll the minced meat into small sausages about 5 cm long and 2.5 cm in diameter. (Should yield 28-30 pieces.)

Coat the beef sausages with vegetable oil and grill on a rack or barbecue. Cooking time is 5-8 minutes.

While the meat is cooking, slice the onion into rings and the tomatoes into rounds, sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Then finely chop 3 cloves of garlic and sauté in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. In the same pan, sauté the sliced red bell pepper with the garlic for 4-5 minutes.
