The origins of the recipe trace back to traditional Mediterranean meat cooking methods where spices impart a rich aroma while fresh herbs highlight its juiciness. Lamb infused with a mixture of oregano, cinnamon, cloves, and garlic acquires a deep and piquant flavor, while spinach with dill and Greek yogurt creates a refreshing contrast. This dish is perfect for serving with warm bread or a light salad, making each tasting memorable.
