Lamb cutlets with chili

Lamb patties with chili are a refined dish with a vibrant flavor inspired by Italian cuisine but with Eastern notes. Tender lamb marinated in an aromatic mix of ginger, garlic, coriander, and cumin gains spiciness from sambal oelek paste and sweet chili sauce. Sesame oil and soy sauce add a rich depth of flavor to the meat, while lemon juice provides a refreshing tang. Grilled patties come out with an appetizing crust and juicy center. The dish pairs perfectly with rice, balancing its spiciness and making it more filling. This combination of spices and ingredients creates a harmony of spice, tenderness, and freshness that turns each serving into a gastronomic delight.
