Now we prepare the sauce. For this, we put grated ginger, crushed palm sugar, pre-roasted and ground cumin seeds, deseeded and finely chopped large chili pepper, and add soy sauce into a large bowl. We mix until the sugar is completely dissolved. We add the roasted chicken breast fillet to the sauce and mix everything thoroughly again.
- Fresh ginger: 2 teaspoons

- Red chili pepper: 1 piece
- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon

In another bowl, we prepare the salad: mix pre-peeled and roasted peanuts, peeled and diced papaya, diced cucumber, pre-sliced and roasted red onion, chopped shallots, and mint. Add salt and pepper to taste.
