Wash the pork and dry it with paper towels.
- Pork: 2 kg

For the marinade, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and dry adjika.
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Apple cider vinegar: 3 tablespoons
- Dry adjika: 2 tablespoons

Cut the meat into cubes.
- Pork: 2 kg

Peel the onions and slice them into rings.
- Onion: 5 head

Place meat and onion in a bowl, pour in the marinade. Mix thoroughly so that each piece of pork is coated in the marinade.

Leave to marinate for 2 hours at room temperature. It can be left overnight - in that case, it's better to put the meat in the fridge.

Season the meat with salt, then thread it onto skewers.
- Salt: to taste

Grill the shashlik over hot coals, avoiding burning, until cooked (30–40 minutes).
