Rinse the peas, soak for 1-2 hours, drain the water, add fresh water (1-1.5 L), and cook until done.
- Peas: 2 glasss

Chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown. If necessary, mash the pea puree, add the fried onion and ground black pepper.

To prepare the dough, add sugar and dry yeast to warm water and let it sit for 5-7 minutes to rise.

Add salt, vegetable oil, and sifted flour, and knead the dough. Let the dough rise for 1.5 hours, during which time it should be kneaded twice.

Divide the dough into equal balls the size of a tangerine. Roll out with a rolling pin, place 3-4 teaspoons of filling, and pinch the edges.
