Potato casserole with minced meat and broccoli is the embodiment of home comfort and hearty enjoyment. This recipe originates from European cuisine, where casseroles became traditional family dishes. Tender mashed potatoes with aromatic butter form a soft base layered with juicy minced meat and fresh broccoli. The casserole is topped with a thin layer of sour cream, giving it an appetizing golden crust. Khmeli-suneli adds a slight spiciness, making the flavor rich and balanced. This dish is perfect for cozy family lunches as well as festive dinners, pairing wonderfully with fresh vegetable salads or pickled cucumbers. The casserole is not only nutritious but also healthy due to the vitamin- and antioxidant-rich broccoli.
