Creamy Salmon Steak
1 serving
20 minutes
Creamy salmon steak is the embodiment of refined taste and culinary art. This recipe, inspired by Russian traditions, combines the tender texture of salmon with a rich creamy sauce. The light tang of lime enhances the freshness of the fish, while sesame adds an aromatic touch. Cooked in two types of oil, the steak achieves a golden crust and juicy center. This cooking method preserves the natural flavor of salmon while enriching it with soft creamy tones. The dish is perfect for both festive dinners and cozy family evenings. A light sprinkle of sesame adds completeness to the flavor palette, making each forkful a true gastronomic delight.
