This recipe originated as a variation of classic meat cutlets when hostesses sought to make the dish more tender and airy. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Wash the chicken breast fillet well under running water, remove any excess, and cut into small cubes. To make it easier to cut, you can slightly freeze the fillet.
- Chicken breast fillet: 500 g

Peel the onion, wash it well, chop it into small cubes, and add it to the chopped fillet.
- Onion: 1 head

Peel one clove of garlic, wash it, and press it into a bowl with the onion and fillet.

Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise to the prepared ingredients.

Put salt, black ground pepper, and 1 chicken egg in a bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and let marinate at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.

Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into the pan and place it on the heat.
