Ground beef with mascarpone

20 minutes
Beef mince with mascarpone is a harmony of rich minced meat flavor, the tenderness of Italian cheese, and spicy seasonings. The dish is inspired by Italian cuisine where mascarpone is often used to create a soft texture and deep flavor. The sautéed mince with onions seasoned with a mix of peppers, sumac, and ground chili gains an appetizing spiciness while the addition of mascarpone softens and enriches it with creamy notes. The result is an exquisite, balanced dish perfect as a standalone dinner or an accompaniment to pasta, bread or vegetables. Serving it with arugula adds freshness making each portion even more appealing. It’s not just food but a true gastronomic delight reflecting the traditions and taste of Italian cuisine.
