Mix wine vinegar, lemon juice, vegetable oil, finely chopped onion, dry oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Wine vinegar: 10 ml
- Lemon juice: 25 ml
- Vegetable oil: 125 ml
- Onion: 1 head
- Oregano: 5 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Make 4 patties from ground beef. Place in marinade and leave in the fridge overnight.
