Boil the lentils until almost cooked and add salt.
- Lentils: 0.5 glass
- Salt: to taste

Chop the onion finely and fry until golden. Add the onion, crushed walnuts, and dried apricots to the lentils and cook for 15 minutes.

- Sunflower oil: 1 tablespoon
