Salt the cleaned and sliced zucchini, coat in flour, fry on both sides in heated oil, pour beaten eggs over it and bake for 5-8 minutes.
- Zucchini: 125 g
- Salt: to taste
- Wheat flour: 10 g
- Melted butter: 25 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
