Cut the peeled pumpkin into pieces, boil in salted water, drain in a sieve, and mash.
- Pumpkin: 250 g
- Salt: to taste

Add finely chopped washed dried apricots, sugar, milk and mix.
- Dried apricots: 15 g
- Sugar: 6 g
- Milk: 50 ml

Place the prepared mixture in a greased pan, sprinkle with pre-soaked fine wheat groats, drizzle with oil, and bake in the oven.
- Melted butter: 20 g
- Wheat groats: 15 g
