Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Pour boiling water over the spinach, cover with a plate, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Spinach: 60 g
- Boiling water: 200 ml

Blend into a homogeneous mass.

Add vegetable oil and salt.
- Vegetable oil: 30 ml
- Salt: 1 teaspoon

Mix

Add half of the flour and mix.
- Wheat flour: 350 g

Add an egg and mix again.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Add the remaining flour.

Knead the dough by hand.

Put the dough in a bag and leave it for 20 minutes.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2–3 mm.

Cut out a circle.

Add mashed potatoes to the filling.
