Cut the veal into thin slices and fry in oil.
- Veal: 150 g
- Melted butter: 20 g

Sort the dill, wash it, and chop it coarsely.
- Dill: 50 g

In a frying pan with melted butter, place a layer of dill, then a layer of veal, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add another layer of dill on top, drizzle with oil, cover with a lid and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
