Cut the lamb meat into small cubes.
- Mutton: 150 g

Put in a pot, fry in oil, then pour hot water just enough to cover the lamb.

Cover the dish with a lid and simmer the meat on low heat.

After 10-15 minutes, add the finely chopped fried onion, salt, and pepper, place the fried pumpkin slices and halved tomatoes on the meat, and stew in the oven until cooked.
