Grease a sheet of parchment paper with butter and place the cleaned and gutted fish on it.
- Butter: 10 g
- Fish: 250 g

Place sliced tomatoes on top.
- Tomatoes: 80 g

Chop the green onion finely. Also sprinkle it on top of the fish.
- Green onions: 20 g

Add tarragon.
- Tarragon: 10 g

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

- Ground black pepper: to taste

Fold the paper in half, bend the ends, and seal with dough.

Place the fish packet on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15-19 minutes.
