Chicken envelopes are the embodiment of simplicity and elegance in one dish. Juicy chicken fillet infused with the aroma of fresh basil and tomatoes becomes a true gastronomic masterpiece, especially thanks to the delicate taste of melted mozzarella cheese. The origins of this recipe trace back to home cooking, where the idea of baking ingredients in foil preserves all juiciness and reveals rich flavor nuances. Baked vegetables add lightness and freshness, while black pepper gives a spicy note. Envelopes are conveniently served as a standalone dish or paired with rice or pasta. This is an ideal option for dinner in a cozy atmosphere, where each bite is a combination of softness, tenderness, and pleasant aftertaste.
