Lentil casserole is a harmony of taste and nutritious ingredients transformed into a tender baked dish. Lentils, one of the oldest crops, are known for their nutritional value and rich nutty flavor. Here it combines with the aroma of sautéed onions, fresh herbs, and spicy notes of curry, creating an exquisite balance of flavor. Semolina gives the casserole softness and lightness, while ham adds a piquant touch. The casserole is perfect for those seeking an alternative to meat dishes while remaining hearty and appetizing. It can be served as a standalone dish or paired with a light sauce and fresh vegetables. A great choice for a cozy family dinner or an original treat on the festive table!
