Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onions for 1 minute. Add the prepared turkey fillet. Season with salt and pepper. Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes. Transfer to a separate plate.
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
- Green onions: 1 bunch
- Turkey fillet: 400 g

Cook the rice, drain it, and place it in the pan where the turkey was cooked. Stir and fry the rice over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Add honey and, if necessary, 1-2 tablespoons of water. Add the washed and dried spinach leaves at the last moment, cooking for another 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil when serving.
