Slice the onion into thin half-rings. Clean the pepper and cut it into strips. Peel the tomatoes and chop them finely.
- Onion: 1 piece
- Green pepper: 1 piece
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces

Heat oil in a pot, add onion and pepper, and cook on low heat, stirring, for 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Add tomatoes and minced meat. Cook, mashing the contents with a spatula, for another 5 minutes until the meat is no longer red. Add paprika, salt, pepper, and mix well.
- Olive oil: 4 tablespoons

- Minced meat: 400 g
- Salt: to taste

Stir in the rice, fry for another 2 minutes, then pour in hot broth, cover the pot with a lid, and cook for 15 minutes until the rice is soft and all the liquid is absorbed. Serve immediately.
