Baked Carp

4 servings

60 minutes

A recipe from the book "The Witcher. The Unofficial Cookbook" by Olga Limanets. There are plenty of fish in the lake near Kaer Morhen, the abode of witchers. Some, especially lazy witchers, even have their own way of catching them: throw a couple of bombs , then swim in a boat and pick up the fish that float to the surface with a net. This recipe can be used to cook various types of fish (you never know which one you'll catch today). But carp is the tastiest. A historical recipe from the 17th century.
