Place the mussels on a hot, oiled skillet. After a couple of minutes, pour in some boiling water.
- Mussels in shells: 500 g

- Cream 22%: 200 ml

Season with curry, add salt, and mix.
- Curry: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: pinch

After another 3 minutes, add the garlic pressed through a garlic press. Cook, stirring every 30 seconds, for about another 5 minutes.

Sear the lemon slice on each soft side in a dry grill pan (over high heat) until characteristic brown stripes appear.
