Grate the lemon zest with a fine grater. The zest will be part of the chicken marinade, and you can make lemonade from the lemon.
- Lemon: 1 piece

Pour the yogurt into a shallow bowl.
- Natural low-fat yogurt: 30 g

Add citrus zest and sweet mustard to the yogurt.
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Mustard: 20 g

Salt the resulting marinade and mix well.
- Salt: 5 g

Coat the chicken thighs with marinade.
- Chicken thighs: 250 g

Put the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

Preheat the grill.
